Aims: To explain to young specialists the effectiveness of joint work, to show ways of joint work through pedagogical partnership. Teachers and masters of industrial training took part in the seminar.The training seminar was focused on cooperation and support of mentors and young professionals. During the seminar, the mentors shared their experience, played an interesting game and ended with art therapy. All young specialists of our college and their mentors took an active part in the training seminar, exchanged views and made suggestions. Deputy Head of the College for Academic Affairs A.U.
