The regional stage of the Republican competition of professional skills among teachers of organizations of technical and professional, post-secondary education in the service sector on the competence “cooking” and “modeling clothes” was held from October 13 to 14. The competition was held in two stages: theoretical and practical. The first Test was passed by the participants in two languages using the link. At the second stage, each competence performed practical tasks consisting of four modules.

 “Cooking”: 1) vegetable puree soup. 2) main meat dish with dill. 3) hot fish dish with seasoning. 4) fruit dessert with nuts.

“Modeling clothes”: 1)smearing. 2) sketch. 3) Design/model the dress.4) Sew a dress.

 Masters of industrial training of Aksai Technological College, Chingirlau college, Ural Technological College “Service”, Bokei Orda college and college “Service and new technologies” took part in the regional competition of professional skills.

On the basis of the College of Service and new technologies, our master of industrial training in the competence “confectionery business” Abilova Lyazzat Alibekovna took part. The participants had the following tasks: 1. Test ; 2. The confectionery and chocolate ; 3. Dessert on a plate; 4. The modeling; 5.Biscuit cake.The results of the competition will be announced at the closing ceremony on October 21.
